International Orders

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price, ensuring there are no additional fees due upon delivery.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes and carrier-related delays, which are outside of my control.

Important Shipping Information

• Tracking numbers are provided for all applicable orders. I recommend creating an account for easier access to tracking updates.

• Postiche Wigs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and does not issue refunds for these incidents.

• All orders include tracking. If you anticipate being unavailable at the time of delivery, I recommend requesting a hold with your local post office or shipping carrier.

• Once an order has shipped, any delays caused by weather conditions or third-party carriers are beyond my control.

“Big Bob Blowout” / "Bob Blowout"/ "Bob Sale" and offered sale price $299* is the base price for bobs and bobs only. This price does not pertain to any other styles, looks, cuts or wigs. All other add-on services (color, cut, hardware) and the like are subject to applicable add on fees to be attached to your order or sent as an invoice.

Before an order is placed you must agree that you’ve gone over your order to ensure selections are satisfactory, note(s) section if applicable is filled out and there are no errors in size, color, cut or design.

Processing of all Bob orders will be instantaneous; in the order that they are received. If you select an add on or color please allow extra processing time. All Bob Blowout orders will follow the Signature Wig processing time and shipping time (10-15 business days processing & 2-3 business day shipping).
