United States shipping provider: USPS Ground Advantage. Orders typically are marked delivered by carrier within 2-3 business days.

United Kingdom shipping provider: DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct or DHL Express Worldwide. Orders typically are marked delivered by carrier within 2-3 business days.

Canada shipping provider: DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct or DHL Express Worldwide. Orders typically are marked delivered by carrier within 2-3 business days.

If you anticipate being unavailable at the time of delivery, I recommend requesting a hold with your local post office or shipping carrier.

Signature Wigs / No-Lace Wigs / Curated Wigs
Processing time for Signature wigs 10-15 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Add more time for color an customization.

Freestyle Wigs
Processing time for Freestyle Wigs are same day if order placed before 4pm EST on a business day. If placed on weekend, holiday or after 4pm EST shipping will be next business day.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price, ensuring there are no additional fees due upon delivery.
