Shipping Policy

At PosticheWigs, I partner with overseas factories and vendors to deliver high-quality products directly to you. Please note that PosticheWigs does not directly control shipping or processing times, as orders are shipped directly from my suppliers.

Upon fulfillment, each order will be assigned a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status and progress of your shipment. For the most up-to-date information on your delivery, please refer to this tracking number. In my own personal experience shipping was about 7 to 10 business days on most  products.

Please be aware that the shipping service and time frame selected at checkout (e.g., USPS 2-3 Days Ground Advantage) may not precisely reflect the actual shipment and delivery duration. Variations in shipping times may occur due to factors outside my control, including customs processing and international handling.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold on my vendor storefront, most sales are final. I take great care in describing my items accurately to ensure you make an informed purchase.

However, in cases where a product issue arises, and it is feasible, PosticheWigs will make every effort to reach out to the vendor on your behalf for a potential refund or product exchange. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order to discuss any concerns or issues with the item.

Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed, as they are subject to the vendor's policies and the nature of the product. I strive to resolve matters in a way that satisfies my customers, but please note that, due to the unique circumstances of my vendor partnerships, some items may not be eligible for return or refund.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy

Please be aware that all items listed on my vendor storefront are subject to the vendor's Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). The MOQ for each product is clearly stated in the product description, so I encourage you to review this information before placing your order.

To ensure timely processing and avoid potential delays or order cancellations, please make sure you select the correct quantity when ordering. If the quantity ordered does not meet the specified MOQ, your order may be delayed or canceled.
