Postiche Wigs partners with select overseas manufacturers and vendors to offer a curated selection of products through our Vendor Storefront. Please review the information below carefully before placing an order, as vendor-fulfilled items operate under different terms than standard Postiche Wigs products.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Vendor Storefront orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party suppliers. As a result, Postiche Wigs does not directly control processing times, shipping methods, or delivery schedules.
Once an order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be provided so you may monitor the status of your shipment.
Based on typical vendor timelines:

Please note that shipping services and delivery estimates selected at checkout (e.g., USPS 2–3 Day Ground Advantage) may not accurately reflect actual delivery times for vendor-fulfilled orders. Delivery timelines may vary due to international transit, customs clearance, and other factors outside of our control.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of vendor-supplied products, most Vendor Storefront purchases are final sale.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and details to help you make an informed purchase. If an issue arises with your order and a resolution is feasible, Postiche Wigs will contact the vendor on your behalf to explore the possibility of a refund or exchange.

While we strive to advocate for our customers whenever possible, certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to vendor restrictions.

All items listed on the Vendor Storefront are subject to the vendor’s Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.
