READY TO SHIP WIGS are SAME BUSINESS DAYS if order placed before 4pm EST (not including weekends or holidays).

SIGNATURE/PRE-ORDER WIGS range from 10 -15 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends or holidays).

CUSTOM MADE WIGS range from 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends or holidays).

WIG MAINTENANCE range from 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends or holidays).

BUNDLES/CLOSURES range from 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends or holidays).

Tracking numbers where applicable will be given. To better track your order please create an account.

I am NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost or stolen packages. All Packages come with Tracking numbers. If you know you will not be home on the expected arrival date and time, you can request to have your package held at your local post office or at pick up locations.

Once packages are turned over to third party shipping partners I do not have any control over how fast they move through their system and on to your door. Understand that weather (flooding, extreme heat, hurricanes etc) are factors too in how quickly an order gets to you not just holidays. 

Pickup Service
When applicable some orders are eligible for pick up or location based drop off. Please make sure to mark that selection during the checkout process. Usual time of services is from 1030am - 430pm M-F excluding holidays & inclement weather. You have a 10min late grace period, after the 10mins is up your pick up appointment will be canceled. If you need to adjust the time do so as early as possible. 2 failed appointments and your order will be canceled/refunded and you can no longer order from my website.

Mail in Services: The best way to get your bundles in to me to have a custom wig made or refreshed especially if you live out of state or the country is to mail them in. Please send all items to  ( Postiche Wigs P.O. Box 750511 Forest Hills NY, 11375 United States).Ensure you mark your items with order number and name so they are better tracked on my end.

Any items not properly identified with either order number or name will be sent back to sender. If you live in state or close enough you can set up a meet up at one of the locations mentioned above.
