- Custom Made Wigs: Process within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping time is from 2-3 business days. If you added my bundles, color service and more EXPECT the processing time to be extended by 1-2 days.
- Bundles/Closures: Process within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) Shipping time is from 2-3 business days.
- Wig Maintenance: Process within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping time is from 2-3 business days.

International orders: All international orders are shipped DDP, meaning customs duties and taxes are included in the final price. This ensures a seamless delivery experience without additional fees upon arrival. Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and carrier delays.
