Shipping & Order Policy

- Ready to ship & Freestyle Wigs: Ship the same business day if ordered before 4 PM EST (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping time is from 2-3 business days.

- Signature Wigs/Pre Order: Process within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping time is from 2-3 business days.

- Custom Made Wigs: Process within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping time is from 2-3 business days. If you added my bundles, color service and more EXPECT the processing time to be extended.

- Bundles/Closures: Process within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) Shipping time is from 2-3 business days.

- Wig Maintenance: Process within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping time is from 2-3 business days.

- Vendor Storefront: Refer to the unique vendor policy for details.

International orders: All international orders are shipped DDP, meaning customs duties and taxes are included in the final price. This ensures a seamless delivery experience without additional fees upon arrival. Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and carrier delays.

Important Notes:
- Tracking numbers provided where applicable; create an account for better tracking.  
- I'm not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and do not issue refunds for these incidents. All packages include tracking; request a hold at your local post office if unavailable for delivery.  
- Once shipped, delays due to weather or third-party carrier issues are beyond my control.  

Mail in Services: The best way to get your hair to me especially if you live out of state or the country is to mail them in. Please send all items to  ( Postiche Wigs P.O. Box 750511 Forest Hills NY, 11375 United States). Ensure you mark your items with order number and name so they are better tracked on my end. Items not properly identified with either order number or name will be sent back to sender.
