- Ready-to-Ship & Freestyle Wigs: Ship the same business day if ordered before 4 PM EST (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Signature Wigs: Ship within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Custom-Made Wigs & Bundles/Closures: Ship within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Wig Maintenance Services: Ship within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Vendor Storefront Orders: Refer to the unique vendor policy for details.
International orders: All international orders are shipped DDP, meaning customs duties and taxes are included in the final price. This ensures a seamless delivery experience without additional fees upon arrival. Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and carrier delays.

Items not properly identified with either order number or name will be sent back to sender.
